New HFT Pistol Released
November, 2010
We've developed a new pistol based on the super-reliable Air Arms S400 platform. We've designed this pistol to be competitive for HFT use. I'm in the process of creating a dedicated page for it but in the meantime, please give me a call and I can provide all the details and current options to you.

A little bit about me.....
ABOUT THE CARVER......... When I was a teen I aspired to be Western Cowboy Artist. I sculpted historical figures like mountain men, Indian chiefs as well as western wildlife. I won a few awards for my sculptures but my interest went onto building custom homes.
My father and I built for a few decades till the economy pushed us on. My brother had a good idea, since there is a market for gun stocks and I like to carve, that I carve stocks and sell them. What a disaster !!! I had skills and tools to make fireplaces and hang doors and frame houses and lay block !!! Even though I was a sculptor I just couldn't make anything nicer than firewood !!!
Someone once told me; once an artist always an artist. So years later I tried again. This time my brother said he's going to help---yeah- right---this is a guy who thinks a chisel is nothing more than a deadly weapon. This time I bought the appropriate tools and decided on a niche. Since I appreciate art in all forms of media, I decided on using exotic wood. WOW -- I didn't know steel grew on trees !!! Some of this stuff is so tough I was thinking I should get out my chainsaw and jackhammer !!!
Since there is so much beauty in the exotic woods in and of themselves that I couldn’t give up just because they are difficult to carve. I knew there were a lot of gorgeous exotics out there but not all are suitable for gun stocks. Some of the wood is to heavy except for special target stocks, others are not available in sizes big enough to carve stocks. Still others look good as furniture but they're nothing spectacular carved into gun stocks. I have tried many but with so many different genus and species there is a whole bunch to pick from, check out my wood samples page.
So I got to carving. I bought a duplicating machine which I use to the inletting. First I cut for the action with the machine then I 'go-to-town'.. I use grinders with carving discs, routers with carving burrs, flex-shaft with cutters, just about everything to hand carve the stock.....well maybe not an ax [yet].
All my stocks are hand carved and because of that I can accommodate your request. If you like a stock you have seen but only the front half and the back portion of another---I can carve that way. If you want to let me use my artistic liberty but put some guide lines to what you need--- that's great. If you want something totally unique---that's even better.
When you place an order I will ask you a bunch of questions: Such as-- what kind of shooting you'll do the most, how big your hands are ie. large meat hooks or small glove size, iron sights or scope, want a light weight stock etc. Take a look at my stock samples page to see what style you like.
